Yes, these are the same utility/multi-location properties that P&A has handled for us over the past several years, as well as minerals. The list of utility & multi-location account owners referenced on page 2 of the RFQ was missing, so it has been included as a separate link with the RFQ. Note there are two railroad rolling stock accounts included.

There have been times in recent years when our current vendor has been called upon to print notices if needed. Traditionally, TAD has preferred to print their own notices, and we will soon be looking at vendors specifically for that process. However, there could be a possibility that TAD may request of the vendor to assist with notice printing and mailing.

Appraisal firms are able to submit proposed figures for one, two or all three options. You can submit for the minerals only, utilities only or combined. TAD will review all submissions and make decisions based on the info provided.

We are looking for a true credit card for the organization.

Historically, we prefer to use one for purchasing smaller items that have a more immediate need and one is used for subscriptions and dues that occur annually and are easier to process with a credit card.  Below are the average uses over the past year:
Month Card 1 Card 2
23-Oct $3,283.23 $344.91
23-Nov $12,883.02 $5,002.81
23-Dec $1,051.74 $3,396.50
24-Jan $967.29 $0.00
24-Feb $2,615.52 $7,236.03
24-Mar $980.76 $11,321.37
24-Apr $3,108.26 $4,513.80
24-May $670.69 $5,471.30
