Matt Bryant moved to Southlake in 2005. He has three children with his wife Lisa. He served on the Southlake Carroll school district board of trustees. He is a real estate investor who specializes in transforming distressed single-family homes into productive rental properties. Prior to his real estate career, he was Vice President of sales for the U.S. Subsidiary of Nova Measuring Instruments, Inc. He also worked for Texas Instruments as a Process Engineer in the Jack Kilby Research Center.
